4MAT 4 Biology
The newest member of the 4MAT Curriculum Series is 4MAT 4 Biology. Written by About Learning Senior Trainers, Julia Koble and Joan Baltezore, this program compliments any existing Biology curriculum with 9 conceptual 4MAT units and around the wheel activities and information delivery techniques. These key concepts help teachers navigate the sea of content comprising a high school biology course.
4MAT 4 Biology includes a complete Teacher's Edition and Presenter CD Rom and a Student Activity Book with all of the activity pages to complete each unit. There is also a Classroom Resource Kit which includes all of the materials needed to do the hands on labs and activities.
The 9 conceptual units cover the entire year-long Biology curriculum and are aligned to NSES standards. The units include:
