About Learning offers a booklet of twenty new 4MAT units for teaching Children's Literature. These units cover a variety of childhood themes, including coping, memory, understanding differences, belonging, courage and identity. These themes were drawn from twenty award-winning books on which these unit plans are based. All twenty units were authored by Bernice McCarthy, developer of the 4MAT Method of Instruction.
